30-day return policy

We want your PalmGust purchase to feel right. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the condition received and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Items that show misuse, accidental damage or unauthorized modification may not be eligible.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return destination. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged in transit or sent in error.
